All FlowSnap Pro subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, we do not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, accidental purchase, or unused portion of the subscription period.
We strongly encourage you to use the free trial (30 days (5 snapshots)) to evaluate the extension before upgrading to Pro. The free trial requires no credit card and gives you a complete picture of what FlowSnap does.
Your Pro access remains fully active until the end of your current billing period — even after you cancel. You will not be charged again after that date.
While our policy is non-refundable, we may consider exceptions in the following situations:
To request an exception, email support@flowsnap.in with your payment receipt and a description of the issue. We review all exception requests within 3 business days.
