All FlowSnap Pro subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, we do not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, accidental purchase, or unused portion of the subscription period.
We strongly encourage you to use the free trial (5 snapshots or 7 days) to evaluate the extension before upgrading to Pro. The free trial requires no credit card and gives you a complete picture of what FlowSnap does.
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from inside VS Code — use the subscription or billing controls in the FlowSnap extension (while signed in with the same GitHub account you used to subscribe). No email is required to cancel.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Your Pro access stays fully active until the end of your current billing period.
Your Pro access remains fully active until the end of your current billing period — even after you cancel. You will not be charged again after that date.
While our policy is non-refundable, we may consider exceptions in the following situations:
