By installing, accessing, or using FlowSnap ("the Service"), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using FlowSnap on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
FlowSnap is a VS Code extension that saves and restores your editor state — including open file paths, cursor positions, and developer notes ("snapshots"). The Service is provided on a free trial basis with paid Pro tier features.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
FlowSnap uses your existing GitHub account for authentication via VS Code's built-in GitHub Authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub account. FlowSnap is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account.

FlowSnap and all associated intellectual property — including the extension code, branding, and website — are owned by FlowSnap Software. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any FlowSnap IP. Your snapshot data (file paths, notes) remains yours at all times.
The Service is provided "as-is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements. The free tier has no uptime guarantee.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlowSnap Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of FlowSnap after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
